On account of the nature of such products and hygiene regulations in the UAE, we do not accept the return of used or opened items. Below conditions are provided for the return or replacement, however:
Damaged or defective items or wrong items were delivered.
Goods returned are not opened, have not been used, and are in their original packaging.
You inform us within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
To initiate your return or replacement, please contact us via WhatsApp or e-mail with your order details and photographs of the product.
A full refund will be given immediately upon payment or an alternative proposed in the event that any product ordered becomes out of stock after standing overpayment.
Refund will be done for all eligible goods returned to us within 5-7 working days through the same method used for payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake (whereby we sent you an incorrect or defective item).
Full cancellations can be put in before the product in question is shipped.
Cancellation cannot be entertained once the order is dispatched.
Product exchanges, other than for defective or wrong items, will not be considered.
